Fault 1:  The motor does not start

1. Use a megohmmeter (shaking meter) to check whether the insulation of the motor is qualified. If it is lower than 50 megohms, follow the steps of "Fault 4, motor damp, water or burn-in" below; if it is higher than 50 megohms, Then use a multimeter to test the resistance of the pump motor; check whether the cable is connected to the motor. If it is not connected, cut off the plug, and then check whether the cable is connected to the motor. If not, then cut off the cable near the water pump, and gradually find the fault

point, and finally replace the corresponding accessories;


2.The cable is connected to the motor, remove the filter screen, and turn the pump shaft with your hand; if it can be rotated, turn it by hand to start, the single-phase motor may be damaged by the capacitor, remove the base, cut off the capacitor, and check with a multimeter Whether the two lines connected to the capacitor are connected; if not

If the auxiliary winding is disconnected, replace the winding; if it is assumed to be connected, just replace the capacitor;


A. 200QJ130 series full-shaft structure pump jam disassembly steps:

Remove the filter screen of the pump, put the water pump in a flat-mouth vise, put an iron rod in the middle of the connection to clamp it, use a hammer to pry a few times the connection with the pump barrel, and then clamp the pump outlet with a pipe, counterclockwise Rotate; unscrew the pump barrel, then remove the top guide vane, grab the impeller, unscrew the nut, remove the impeller and guide vane one by one, and clean it


B. Dismantling steps of XY90, XY130, 100 split pump series pumps with pin structure:

Unscrew the four screws on the pump head, pull out the four pins on the side, take out the pump head, put out the impeller string, unscrew the M6 screws, remove the impeller and guide vane one by one, and clean it; remember the installation order of the accessories, for proper installation; 


Fault 2 :   Small flow or low lift

1. Use a multimeter to check the actual voltage of the pump when it is working. If it is above 200V, it will be regarded as low voltage. Replace the power supply line, reduce the voltage drop and increase the working voltage of the pump or add a stabilized voltage;

2. Assuming that the voltage is normal, use a clamp multimeter to detect the actual current of the electric pump. Assuming that the rated current exceeds 80%, it can be regarded as a partial short circuit of the motor coil, resulting in a decrease in speed and flow reduction, and the motor coil needs to be replaced;

3. If there is a lot of sand, the impeller or filter may be blocked, lift the water pump, disassemble the pump part, and clean the impeller;

4. The water pump is not completely lowered into the water, just put the pump down a little more,

5. Recalculate the actual lift to see if the selection of the pump is reasonable, or use simple testing equipment to detect the actual lift of the pump.
