Reasons and solutions for the circulation pump not rotating

Impeller stuck

The impeller is stuck by foreign objects during normal operation, making it unable to operate properly.

-Solution: Timely cleaning of foreign objects can prevent the impeller from getting stuck.

cavitation

Due to high inlet pipe resistance, excessive gas transmission medium, and insufficient pump filling.

-Solution: Reduce the inlet pipe resistance pressure, reduce the transmission of medium gas, and fully fill the pump.

Motor damage

Motor aging and high temperature.

-Solution: Replace the motor with a new one in a timely manner and reduce the temperature of the circulating pump.

After the circulation pump is not running, it is necessary to close the inlet and outlet valves to start the standby pump. 

Then, check the power supply of the high and low temperature circulation pump, open the inlet valve of the circulation pump, 

and slowly open the outlet of the standby pump after the standby pump is started. 

After the pressure and current are normal, continue to check the circulating pump that is not running. 

Check the power supply of the non rotating circulating pump, manually rotate the water pump, check the connection of the coupling, 

check for any stuck impeller, and inspect the non rotating circulating pump motor.
