       1. The air in the multi-stage pump is not exhausted or the vacuum is not enough.

       Judgment Method:

• Open the exhaust valve or exhaust bolt to see if there is air discharged;

• Check the vacuum gauge to see if the reading is below -0.2mpa;

       Approach :

       a. Drain the air in the pump, check whether the water is diverted for irrigation, whether the pipes are leaking, and whether the packing leakage is too large;

       b. Check whether the pipeline is leaking, whether the packing is leaking, whether the vacuum pump is normal, and whether the water pressure of the jet air pump is normal;

       2. The inlet pipe is blocked and the bottom valve is blocked.

       Judgment Method:

• The vacuum degree of the vacuum gauge reaches below -0.2;

• When the exhaust valve or exhaust hole is opened, no liquid flows out;

       Treatment methods : 

Inspection, cleaning, pipeline filters, filters, foot valves, gate valves.

       3. The motor rotation direction is incorrect and the motor and pump are not connected.

       Judgment Method :

• Jog the motor to see if the motor direction is consistent with the water pump;

• Check whether the coupling pin is installed;

       Approach:

       a. Change the direction of motor rotation;

       b. Connect the coupling pin.

       4. The packing leaks and the mechanical seal leaks greatly, causing air leakage.

       Judgment Method : 

Check whether the packing is dry, whether the shaft sleeve is worn, 

and whether the mechanical seal is worn;

       Approach :

       a. Replace the packing or sleeve and apply butter on the packing;
