No water supply or water discharge is uncertain

1.The dynamic water level is lower than the pump suction port - add a water delivery pipe. If the water still does not come out and exceeds the pump head range, it is recommended to replace the pump. 

2.The water pipe leaks seriously, or the water pipe is disconnected—replace the water pipe or install the water pipe separately. 

3.The rotor and shaft are loose - replace the rotor. 

4.Part of the impeller is loose - reassemble the impeller. 

5.The motor is reversed—replace the power connector. 

6.Pipeline blockage - clear the blockage.

The flow rate of SP series stainless steel submersible pump is reduced

1. The sealing ring is seriously worn-replace the sealing ring. 

2. The flow path of the impeller of the diversion shell of the water filter net is blocked - remove the blockage. 

3. The voltage and frequency are low - stop the machine and wait for the voltage value to reach the specified value before starting. 

4. The drop of dynamic water level exceeds the rated head of the pump——replace the high-lift pump.

1. The pump shaft or motor shaft is bent - repair or replace the pump shaft or motor shaft. 

2. The wear between the pump shaft motor shaft and the bearing is too large - replace the bearing. 

3. The thrust bearing is worn or damaged - replace the thrust bearing. 

4. The fastening nut of the thrust disc is damaged—install the nut or repair the shaft head. 

5. The thrust disc is broken——replace the thrust disc with a good one. 

6. Sweep the rotor of the motor - find out the cause and repair it. 

7. The impeller rotor is unbalanced or the rotor bar is broken - do a good job of dynamic balance and replace the rotor. 

8. The connecting bolts are loose - fix the bolts.

9. The motor of the water pump with low lift and high flow is overloaded—add gate valve to control the flow to run at the working point.
