Characteristics of stainless steel submersible sewage pumps

1. The overall casing of the stainless steel submersible sewage pump is made of stainless steel 304 precision casting, and it pumps sewage with slightly acid and weak alkali.

2. NSK bearings have the characteristics of high rotation, low noise, low vibration, low wear torque and extended service life.

3. Equipped with an overload protector, when the temperature is too high caused by voltage drop, impeller blockage, water level drop below the ideal level, etc., it will automatically cut off the power supply and stop the pump from working.

4. Stainless steel closed impeller and shaft, wear-resistant.

5. Use corrosion-resistant mechanical seals

6. The motor adopts national standard copper wire motor

7. Leak-proof cable, even if it is damaged, it will not cause water to enter the motor.

Conditions of use

1. The medium temperature of the stainless steel submersible sewage pump does not exceed 60°C, and the density is 1.0-1.3kg/m³. The use range of 304 is easy to use between PH value 4-10. If it exceeds this medium, it is recommended to use 316 material, PH Values between 2-11 work well.

2. In general, the pump is used within the range of the working head, and the motor is not overloaded. If it needs to be used within the range of the full head, it should be specified separately when ordering.

3. The motor current must not exceed the rated current of the motor during operation.


There are many specifications of stainless steel submersible sewage pumps, which can be applied to different working conditions of different users. We should correctly and reasonably select the specifications and methods that meet the working conditions .

At the same time, reasonable working conditions can be effective To extend the life of the water pump, 

the methods are as follows:

1. Master whether the on-site conditions meet the conditions of use (voltage, frequency, water quality, power capacity, etc.).

2. Select the pump specification:

1) Preliminary selection of flow rate: Determine the pump flow rate according to the demand.

2) Determination of the pipeline: Calculate the critical settling velocity according to the conveying medium, and select the pipeline diameter reasonably.

3) Calculation of pipeline loss: Calculate the pipeline loss according to the pipeline length and the number of bends and valves.

4) Calculation of water pump head: 

Water pump head = vertical height difference from water surface to water outlet + pipeline loss + outlet pressure + safety margin (10%).

5) Determine the water pump model based on the flow rate and head

6) Determine the installation method: fixed type, mobile type.
